Online Grief Support
Life Connection of Ohio's aftercare program strives to provide you with the best support possible in the difficult months and years following the loss of your loved one. As part of our aftercare program, we are pleased to offer you and your family a library of free, online grief support courses and webinars that you can access at any time from the comfort of your home. We hope that these courses coupled with additional resources on this page will serve as a small source of support, hope and healing.

Self-Paced Courses
Each grief support course below offers a variety of lessons, including reading, videos and activities that you can complete at your own pace.
Featured Course
Self-Paced Grief Journaling
Journaling can be a fantastic tool for processing grief-related thoughts, emotions, and experiences. But it can be hard to find the motivation to keep a regular practice going.
We created this course to help you get started on the path to journaling about grief and to provide you with the support and direction you need for thirty writing sessions.
Whether you want to keep it going is up to you. The topics we cover will help you develop valuable tools and insight that will help you as you continue to cope with your grief.
Live Monthly Webinars
Join just one or join us every month
Each month we offer a live webinar on a different grief-related topic, facilitated by a licensed grief therapist. This is a chance for you to dedicate time in your month to tend to your grief. You won't be on camera (it is webinar format) but you will be able to ask questions in the chat. If you can't join live, a recording will be available for one month after the live session.
